Project Concept

Builders 2000 Incorporated was founded in 1987 by its current Chairman, Mr. Philip Go. His vision was to provide high quality residential units, in terms of design, construction and finishes, with affordable pricing.

during the real estate market crash in the late 1990s wherein a lot of other developers abandoned their projects,

charges (even with acute depreciation of the peso. Today, Builders 2000 Inc., in joint venture with Litton Group of
Companies, ventures into another residential condominium project with Lé Mirage de Malate. It will soon be a landmark at

Today, aside from his foremost focus on construction and development, Mr. Go continues to operate his garment manufacturing
company (founded in 1973 and producing the Lé Tigre brand of clothing), furniture manufacturing/importation business
